I would like to help teens begin their life on the right foot.  Parents do the best they can.  If they didn't take the time to do some transformational work, they 'll unknowingly lead their teens down a bumpy path.  Together, we can help teens find their path in life -- a path that is not filled with struggle and strife, rather a path that is full of joy and happiness.

Knowing what to expect before you enter high school is key.  You may feel like a "small fish in a big pond" and this can be overwhelming and scary.  You'll enter the realm of test taking, scheduling, preparing for college (or gap year), and all of the issues that come with high school.  If you "know-before-you-go," you'll enjoy high school much better than perhaps your parents did.  Contact Rebecca today!

Developing your self-confidence and self-esteem is imperative.  Many teens have low or no self-confidence or self-esteem.  Your self-worth is important and you are important!

Many teens are not taught life skills.  Without these vital skills, you may difficulty in your adulthood. If no one takes the time to teach you how to cook, clean, do laundry, and other basic living skills, you'll be dependent on others.  It's not healthy if mom and dad do everything for you.

Many teens will be told to go to college or university and get a 9 am to 5 pm.  There is nothing wrong with this.  However, it's best to have MULTIPLE STREAMS of income.  There is no rule that says you must work 9 am to 5 pm without do anything else on the side.  It's important to know and understand economics and how to handle your finances.  

Some people recommend "visualizing" money as a person.  Think about how you treat your family and friends.  How well do you treat them?  What makes you want to be around them?  How do they assist you in your life?  Perhaps they are helpful.  Maybe they are always there for you.  You can apply these same principles towards money.  How do you treat money?  What thoughts do you have about money?  Think about it!

It's imperative to develop core employment skills such as organization, communication, interpersonal, leadership, team building, and other skills.  Before you apply for a job, you'll need to know how to produce a cover letter and resume.  If these documents are full of errors, they'll be tossed in the garbage!  Learn how to create a stellar cover letter and resume and you'll land an interview.  Of course, this is just half the battle.  You must DRESS for SUCCESS and know how to interview to land your dream job.  Like it or not, employers will judge you on your appearance and how well you interview.

Teens who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs can take their life in many different directions.  The choice is yours!  Find your passion and earn a living from it. 

For those with aspirations of working in corporate America, you can learn the value of leadership.  After all, leadership and accountability start at the top.  Most people forget or don't realize that they are a reflection of their employees.  A positive work environment will garner more productivity versus a negative environment.  A toxic work environment can kill your business!  Learn how you can create a healthy, positive work environment.
